What I learned introducing AI into a real organisation

The technology was the easy part. It usually is.

The pilot worked. The rollout was where it got interesting.

What actually determined the outcome

Whether people believed the tool made their week better, not the company's quarter. Whether their manager used it. Whether there was a clear, written answer to what may go into a prompt. Whether someone owned the thing after the excitement wore off.

The lesson

Adoption is not a training problem. It is an incentive and leadership problem wearing a training costume.
